I was very pleased to learn this week that I was selected for funding from the City of Windsor’s Arts, Culture and Heritage Fund. This money is being given to me for a live-stream performance that I have scheduled for Saturday, May 23, 2020, from 9-10PM ET, on the Soul City Music Co-op Facebook page.

This local grant has been a pillar in the creative community since it was first introduced back in 2015, and I am so grateful that the Cultural Affairs staff was able to revamp this fund to support artists during the COVID-19 pandemic. The program asked artists to apply, from a wide range of disciplines, to create content that would be accessible online to all between May and June. As ever, the list of funded projects reads like an excellent listing of good things happening locally. But the best part is, no matter where you are in the world, you can enjoy all of this great content.

I believe the Cultural Affairs staff is still compiling the master list of all the dates/times/URLs of all the recipient’s projects, but in the meantime, here are the recipients:
