Announcement #1 - new site stuff! Little tweaks here and there - just switched the player over to Bandcamp yesterday (and the site promptly went down last night). The "music" section had a touch of a re-vamp, as did the main frame of the site! If you find any bugs, let me know.
Announcement #2 - I'll be performing with Rebekah Higgs at Phog on May 5!
I never had the pleasure of meeting/performing with Rebekah back in Halifax, so I'm really excited to finally get to do so in a place as awesome as Windsor. Rebekah's been getting a lot of airplay on CBC Radio 3 lately, and her song Little Voice is always in my head. Take a listen to her on CBC Radio 3 here.

I finally gave the media section of my website a nice big overhaul! Featuring an awesome little player for pictures! It might be a bit wonky, but I think it looks nice, all in all.
On Thursday, May 5th, I'm going to be playing at Phog with Rebekah Higgs! I'm enthralled - her music is wonderful, and is really starting to get the attention it deserves on a national scale. More info to come, and a poster too. Hooray! Also, thanks a million to everyone who came out to Phog this week for the Grey Kingdom/Kevin Echlin show on Thursday. The best crowd by far.

So sorry that last night's show at Milk was canceled :( I wasn't feeling very good at all. It was such a shame because I baked all four dozen cupcakes yesterday afternoon (washing my hands a billion times). So many cupcakes... it would have been a pretty bad set from me. I'm so sorry :( The show has been rescheduled for April 10 at Milk, still at 9pm, still free, still with Mike Hargreaves!

Last night at CJAM's annual Jammy Awards, I won the "Best Local Band/Musician" award!!
I'm so honoured and excited to have won this! Thank you so much to everyone who voted for me. I'm so grateful to have the support of the Windsor music community.
To celebrate (and, because I promised), my show tomorrow night (Sunday, April 3, 2011) at Milk Coffee Bar will now be a FREE SHOW with four dozen free cupcakes! Mike Hargreaves will be performing, too. I'll have some CDs and handsewn things available for sale. The show kicks off around 9pm - for more info, RSVP on Facebook!
